CNN Chile is a Chilean 24-hour television news channel to be launched in December 2008 by VTR and Turner Broadcasting, a unit of Time Warner. The channel will be based in Santiago, Chile and operated by Chileans. It will become operational in March 1 2008, but broadcasting will start in the second semester of 2008.
