Raymond Kirsch

He is currently the chairman of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, in which capacity he has served since 1 February 2004.cite web |url=http://www.paperjam.lu/presse/2004/01/7999/index.html |title=Election de Raymond Kirsch à la présidence du Conseil d'administration |accessdate=2008-02-14 |date=16 January 2004 |publisher=PaperJam.lu ] Kirsch had previously sat as administrator of the Stock Exchange since 1990, and Vice-President since 1993, and had also been the Director-General of the Banque et Caisse d'Épargne de l'État (1989 – 2004).

Kirsch was President of the Council of State for a single term, from 14 January 2000 to 13 January 2001.
