後藤真希 LIVE TOUR 2007 G-EmotionII ~How to use SEXY~(Romaji: Goto Maki LIVE TOUR 2007 G-EmotionII ~How to use SEXY~) is Goto Maki's 2007 autumn concert tour from 2007-09-15 through 2007-10-07, with songs from her fourth album: How to Use Sexy. A DVD with the September 23 concert was released on November 28, 2007 on the Piccolo Town label with catalog number PKBP-5093.

was originally included in the concert from September 23 but was edited out from the DVD possibly to avoid lawsuit.

On the evening performance of September 23, a special W Encore was performed in honor of Maki's Birthday. She had mentioned in her blog about filming on this day.

On October 7, the day and evening encores were changed.
