As of the
census GR|2 of 2000, there were 210 people, 79 households, and 60 families residing in the CDP. Thepopulation density was 137.0 people per square mile (53.0/km²). There were 105 housing units at an average density of 68.5/sq mi (26.5/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 99.52% White and 0.48% Asian.There were 79 households out of which 27.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 70.9% were married couples living together, 2.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 22.8% were non-families. 16.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 11.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.66 and the average family size was 3.03.
In the CDP the population was spread out with 22.4% under the age of 18, 9.5% from 18 to 24, 28.6% from 25 to 44, 31.0% from 45 to 64, and 8.6% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 37 years. For every 100 females there were 98.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 106.3 males.
The median income for a household in the CDP was $40,714, and the median income for a family was $45,250. Males had a median income of $27,500 versus $18,125 for females. The
