His deepNorfolk accent has often been the subject of light-hearted criticism from other football fans but he is popular among other football fans in Norwich. He also has a show weekdays 1.00pm–4.00pm on BBC Radio Norfolk. On Saturday mornings he has a show called "Rodeo Norfolk" on which he playscountry music . Roy Waller's afternoon show airs weekdays from 1pm til 4pm. It is an entertainment show, earning Roy cult status, featuring guests and fun "with music thrown in". Features include 'The Alternative News', 'Roy's Phonebook Challenge' and Norfolk drama 'Little Bexham'. His producer is Amy Barrett, with Kevin helping out with odd jobs throughout the show. The show regularly takes calls and texts from the listeners. There's also news on the hour and regular travel updates.
Little Bexham
Similar to Radio 4's The Archers, Little Bexham is a sixteen-part drama from BBC Radio Norfolk. It was created by Norfolk author Sue Welfare with the help of Roy Waller and Amy Barrett. The first series aired in Autumn 2007 on Roy's afternoon, with an omnibus at the weekend.
