Ready at Dawn is a video game developer located in Irvine, California and is comprised of some former members of Naughty Dog and Blizzard Entertainment. Formed in 2003, they have released their first title, "Daxter", to critical acclaim for the PlayStation Portable.

Ready at Dawn has finished working on their second PSP title, "" [ [http://au.psp.ign.com/articles/772/772154p1.html article on au.psp.ign.com] ] as well as a Wii version of "Ōkami", with added motion controls [ [http://www.eurogamer.net/article.php?article_id=85578 Article of eurogamer] ] .

No future projects have been announced as of April 16, 2008. However, Ready at Dawn licensed ProFX, a technology to compress texture files.
