Paul Balbach

Paul Balbach (born September 29, 1953 in Brazil) is the current Corporate Secretary for the Seventh Day Adventist Reform Movement, a post to which he was elected in September 2007. His father, Alfons Balbach, held the same office from 1963-1967 and again from 1971-1980. Paul also holds the position of Publishing Department Director, again a post which his father held from 1971 to 1991. Prior to his current posting Paul worked for the city of Fontana, California, as well as being President of the SDARM Southwest United States Field.

After his family moved to the United States in 1972 Paul earned degrees from Sacramento College (California) and Glassboro College (New Jersey) as well as finishing the international training institution of the Seventh Day Adventist Reform Movement in North America.

He married Liliane Barkovic in January 1976 and has three sons.
