Beltoon is an Tajik singer from Afghanistan, originally from Logar, Afghanistan. He sings in Persian but also in Urdu, Hindustani and Pashto. His style of music reflects the Kharabat style of Kabul. He belong to the eastern Tajik groups of Afghanistan and Pamir.
