Primacy (Suburb of Bangor, N.I.)

Primacy is an area of Bangor which got its name from a hamlet of the same name. It is close to the junction between the Balloo Road and the Gransha Road. It runs parallel to the Balloo Road.It has numerous houses and two housing developments, the larger of the two being Tudor Green, notable for green-tiled roofs on the houses built by the original developers.

The other development has a large complex called Primacy Food Village. This is a large butchers and farm shop with a coffee and gift shop attached to the main building.
