- European route E32
Route E32 in the
international E-road network is completely within theUnited Kingdom , and as such it is not signed. The UN agreement is not a world law, but just an agreement between countries and the UN. Since the E-road agreement has not been approved by the UK, one could say that the E32 (along with the erd|13 and erd|24) do not exist in reality, only in the UN agreement. The E32 runs between
Colchester andHarwich , and is convert|30|km|mi in length, making it one of the shortest E-roads. It follows theA120 road . In the western part it is similar to amotorway but not signposted as such. The rest is ordinary road. It carries a lot of heavy vehicles. It connects to the erd|30 and to the ferries from Harwich toBelgium ,Netherlands ,Germany andDenmark .
