Rick Faye is an American martial arts instructor. He is the owner and head instructor of the Minnesota Kali Group.

Martial arts

For almost 30 years Rick has had a successful martial arts school, The Minnesota Kali Group in Minneapolis, MN. He teaches Kali, Jeet Kune Do, Jun Fan, Muay Thai, Panantukan, Silat, Western Boxing, Erik Paulson’s Combat Submission Wrestling or CSW and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Rick's skill and relaxed teaching style combined with insights from his instructors make his appeal wide spread through all styles and levels.

His organization, the Minnesota Kali Group has branch locations in England, Spain as well as in Seattle, WA, Duluth, MN and Hopkins, MN. He has over 100 instructors in 7 countries.Rick also regularly travels to teach martial arts seminars in the countries listed above and has numerous instructional dvds available on the internet.

Rick to teachs all types of students: women's self defense, seniors, church groups, professional fighters, soldiers and law enforcement officers. However, the bulk of his teaching is to "normal" people who want the physical and spiritual benefits of martial arts training added to their lives.
