Richard Michell Upjohn (1828-1903) was an American architect. He was born on 7 March 1828 in Shaftesbury, England and his family emigrated to the United States in 1829. He was son of architect Richard Upjohn (1802-1878) and worked with his father on a number of projects. At least three of these joint projects are National Historic Landmarks. These include:
*St. Peter's Episcopal Church (Albany, New York)
*All Saint's Memorial Church (Navesink, New Jersey)
*Green-Wood Cemetery in Brooklyn, New York

Richard Michell Upjohn is known individually for his work on the Connecticut State Capitol, also a National Historic Landmark.
