Seyfarth Shaw LLP is a full-service law firm founded in 1945 by three lawyers and has grown to more than 750 attorneys across ten offices. Seyfarth Shaw’s Labor & Employment practice is organized to provide extraordinary, cost-effective results for clients. Seyfarth Shaw’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Department is one of the largest and most diverse departments in the country, and they are prepared to assist companies with any matter affecting employee benefits. The attorneys are experienced in the legal and consulting aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation plans as well as the business concerns faced by companies today. The group includes attorneys who have worked as in-house employee benefits counsel for major corporations and as employee benefits and executive compensation consultants.
