"Lodderena nana nana" is a subspecies of minute sea snail or micromollusc, a marine gastropod mollusc in the family Cyclostrematidae.

Distribution

This subspecies is endemic to the north of the North Island of New Zealand.

Habitat

This snail is found at depths of between 10 and 18 m.

hell description

This subspecies differs from "Lodderena formosa" in being less depressed, with lack of marked acceleration of the last whorl, stronger and fewer sutural and umbilical crenulations, and absence of spiral lirae.

The shell height is up to 0.46 mm, and the width is up to 0.72 mm.
