Whilst an undergraduate atKing’s College London he was appointed as a director in the position of Chief Operations Officer of All Star Minerals plc, which floated on PLUS Markets on 13th April, 2006. In 2004, Windham wrote commissioned independent research reports for small listed companies on AIM and PLUS Markets, including Starvest plc, Gaming Corporation plc and Beowulf Mining plc. Windham was appointed as a director of All Star Minerals plc on 14th March, 2006 in the position of Chief Operations Officer. The appointment marked a distinct change for Windham, who had previously only been known for investing and financial journalism. The company listed on PLUS Markets having raised £450,000 in a placing at 2p. All Star Minerals is a
thorium ,uranium andrare earth element exploration company with assets in Western Australia and Sweden.On 13th February, 2007 Windham was appointed a director of Oracle Coalfields plc, [ [http://www.oraclecoalfields.com/oracle_coalfields_management.html Oracle Coalfields plc: Management] ] which, through its 80% owned subsidiary, is developing the 100 square km Indus East Coalfield and Block VI of the Thar Coalfield in the Sindh Province of Pakistan. On 12th July, 2007 Windham floated Valiant Investments plc on PLUS Markets, an investment vehicle that invests in listed and unlisted companies. On 13th July 2007 it was announced that Valiant Financial Media Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Valiant Investments plc, had acquired the financial information exchange website, finfoex.com, for an undisclosed sum. Finfoex was relaunched on 3rd September 2007 and marked a return to financial journalism for Windham.

Chile Windham serves as Chief Executive Officer of both Valiant Investments plc and U3O8 Holdings plc, as Chief Operations Officer of All Star Minerals plc, and as an Executive Director of Oracle Coalfields plc. He is known for being the youngest Chief Executive Officer of a quoted company in the UK, and is understood to have several investments in private companies, as well as those of which he is a director.
