April 27 ,1970 inBayside, Queens [12] . In 1976, following his parent's fierce divorce battle, Mr. Bailey moved toCanoga Park, CA where he attended Winnetka Avenue Elementary School followed by John E. Sutter Junior High School.In 1983 he and his family moved to
New Milford, New Jersey where he attended New Milford High School. He later attendedRutgers College where he received his BA in Political Science.
