Victoria Highlanders is a Canadian soccer team founded in 2008. The team will be a member of the United Soccer Leagues Premier Development League (PDL), the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid, and will make their debut in the Northwest Division of the Western Conference in 2009. Former English Premier League assistant Colin Miller has been hired as head coach.
