"Scissurella manawatawhia" is a species of minute sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusc in the family Scissurellidae.

Distribution

This species is endemic to New Zealand's Three Kings Islands.

Habitat

This scissurellid is found at depths of about 475 m.

hell description

The shell is minute, white, obliquely ovate. The axials extend from the suture to the slight, narrow umbilicus, interrupted only by the , which scarcely shoulders the whorls. There are 16 axials on the last whorl, with spiral threads in the interspaces.

The shell height is up to 1.05 mm, and width 1 mm.
