Line of Visibility Enterprise Modeling, or LOVEM, is an enterprise modeling notation developed by IBM to represent business processes in a customer- and employee-oriented way. It is specially recommended for BPR initiatives.
LOVEM highlights the Line of Visibility (LOV), or service encounters, between customers and company.
