JobTiger Ltd. was established in November 2000 by the Bulgarian American Enterprise Fund with headquarters based in Sofia, Bulgaria. The primary aim of JobTiger is to work for development of labor market in Bulgaria, to establish and maintain the best possible conditions for information spread, and to work for improving the relationship between business, education, and potential job-candidates. The Company is operating through the first professional e-recruiting website in Bulgaria - www.JobTiger.bg . All other additional activities and companies are incorporated into JobTiger Business Group to provide high-quality services in all fields of HR.

2000
*JobTiger Ltd. was established.
2001
*www.JobTiger.bg became the first paid e-recruiting website in Bulgaria.
*Website of the Year Award in the “BG Site 2001” competition.
2002
*JobTiger starts its socially oriented activities
*The first CAREERS Fair was organized – this is a specialized job fair where business, University students and young specialists meet to offer/find jobs or internship positions.
2003JobTiger participates in:
*“Coming Home” project for Bulgarians living abroad.
*Program for integrating disabled people to labor market.
2004
*JobTiger organizes the first informal meeting of HR specialists in Bulgaria to share experience and information on good practices.
*The first JobTiger scholarship is awarded to socially active University students.
*Beginning of regular open seminars for University students “Start your career with JobTiger and…..”
*Participation in the establishment of Bulgaria Information Investment Network.
2005
*Establishing Career centers in Bulgarian Universities in co-operation with USAID and beginning of specialized trainings for career consultants.
*Developing career counseling in Bulgaria and introducing the Global Career Development Facilitators Certificate for Bulgaria.
*Business Foundation for Education was established.
2006
*TigerSelect is introduced – specialized department for recruitment services.
*JobTiger becomes one of the founders of the Corporate Donors Club.
*Co-operation with leading companies such as Microsoft and Cisco in developing specialized job websites.
2007
*Annual prognosis on developments in the Bulgarian labor market.
*Establishment of the National Board of Certified Counselors in Bulgaria;
*Introducing the One Click Money service, following the model of social network for assistance in finding a job and starting a career. This is the first paid service offering award for people who recommend their acquaintances for job positions.
*TigerClub was established: offering and management of social benefits for companies’ employees.
*TigerOnSite was established - Offers solutions for temporary employment, staff leasing, outsourcing.
