Frankie Duson

Frankie Duson

Frankie Duson was a trombonist and was band leader of the remnants of Buddy Bolden's Jazz Band. He was born in Algiers, New Orleans 1878 and died in 1936 aged fifty eight. During the Great Depression he played with the era orchestra on the ship “S.S Capitol,” and later played alongside Louis Dumaine.
