Marzouq Al-Otaibi is a center forward playing currently at
Al-Nasr Club inSaudi Arabia .He started his career at Al-Shabab Club.
He shined in the
1999 FIFA Confederations Cup inMexico where he finished as joint top scorer along withRonaldinho andCuauhtémoc Blanco with 6 goals each.After his performance in
Mexico , he joined Al-Ittihad for a record 9 million Saudi riyals.He spent around 8 years with Al-Ittihad. While with Al-Ittihad, Al-Otaibi won several national and international titles.
Al-Otaibi joined
Al-Nasr in the summer of 2007.He played major tournaments with the national team, including the
2000 AFC Asian Cup .
