Kothanalloor

Kothanalloor is a village located in Kottayam district of Kerala, India. It is situated on the Kottayam-Ernakulam (Cochin) highway and is 21 kilometres from Kottayam and 53 kilometres from Ernakulam.The nearest railway station is at Kuruppanthara, which is a small station meant for passenger and ordinary trains.

Education

Emmanuel's H.S.S. Kothanalloor had its seminal form in the Mudappa vernacular school that was started in 1919. It has over 2500 students and employs more than 80 personnel.
