Corneliu Ioan Codreanu (born 11 February 1977 in Roman, Neamţ) is a Romanian football right back who currently plays for FC Botoşani.

Codreanu was badly injured in the left knee in summer of 2003. He was operated on May 2004 at Leverkusen and will be out till the end of the year. The German doctor said that the operation made by Romanian doctors was made in mockery.[citation needed]
