InsideSales.com claims to be the first web-based sales tracking customer relationship management (CRM) system with built in dialers and telephony ‘power-tools’ in the market. InsideSales.com was contracted to build a sales force automation solution for use in 2003. Sales Team Automation LLC converted to a Delaware C Corporation in March 2008 under the name InsideSales.com, Inc.
