*"Parparim" (Butterflies) by Doron Gal Although the song Parparim (Butterflies) was widely seen the song that would win, it was "Ke'ilu Kan" (later renamed "The Fire in Your Eyes") that was voted to represent Israel in the Eurovision Song Contest 2008
