Diplomatic missions of Kosovo

The Republic of Kosovo has yet to open any diplomatic missions. The country is working on opening ten embassies and 1 regional office located in New York City to serve as both a consulate and diplomatic office at large in charge of UN affairs.

According to a decree signed by President Fatmir Sejdiu on 18 June 2008, the first embassies of Kosovo are to be opened in Albania, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom and the United States.
