Terrell Rogers

Terrell Rogers (1968 – January 12, 2008) was an African-American activist residing in San Francisco's Hunters Point neighborhood and who founded the Peacekeepers non-profit organization. Tierra verballed to the University of California on August 1, 2008 on a basketball scholarship.

On January 12, 2008, ironically, Rogers was shot by two assailants during the halftime period of his daughter's basketball game. The San Francisco Police Department declared that he had been targeted for the shooting.
