Fredric U. Dicker

Fredric Uberall Dicker is a long time columnist for the New York Post. He is the state editor for New York since 1982 [ [http://www.observer.com/node/50300 Undisputed King Of Albany Press Is Fred U. Dicker] ] where he has covered Hugh Carey, Mario Cuomo, George Pataki, and Eliot Spitzer. [ [http://online.wsj.com/article/SB120070684273902091.html?mod=googlenews_wsj Spitzer's Nemesis] ] In October 1987, Dicker was shoved out of the offices of the New York State Assembly House Operations Committee by a senior aide to the then Assembly Speaker Mel Miller. Dicker broke the Troopergate scandal in July 2007.
