Philip Skoglund

Philip Skoglund

Philip Oscar Selwyn Skoglund (1899 – 1975) was a New Zealand politician of the Labour Party, and a cabinet minister.

He represented the Palmerston North electorate from 1954 to 1960 when he was defeated by William Henry Brown.

He was Minister of Education in the Second Labour Government from 1957 to 1960.
