The
Estonian 10 Krooni bill (10 EEK) is adenomination of the Estonian currency [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Estonian_kroon Estonian currency] .Jakob Hurt , who was anEstonian folklorist ,theologian ,linguist and prominentsocial figure during theEstonian national awakening in the 19th-20th century (1839-1907), is featured with an engraved portrait on the front side of the bill. The 10 Krooni bill is sometimes called a "Hurt".
A view of the Tamme-Lauri oak at Urvaste is featured on the reverse side of the bill. The 10 Krooni bill is not one of the primary banknotes dispensed by ATMs in Estonia as well as the primary bill used for withdrawals or cashing checks. It is, however, one of the smallest denomination note most commonly used by Estonians on an everyday basis.History of the banknote

#The watermark of the three lions is visible when the note is horizontal, but springs to life when the note is held against the light. The watermark is in two parts on the edges of the note.
