Ewen Leslie

Ewen Leslie

Ewen Leslie (born 27 July 1980 in Fremantle, Western Australia) is an Australian actor. As a teenager he appeared in the TV shows Ship to Shore, "Wildkat" and "The Gift". imdb name|id=1191900]

At age 17, he attended the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts and graduated in 2000.

Since graduating, his film and TV work has included "All Saints", "The Road from Coorain", "Junction Boys", "Love My Way", "Kokoda" and "Three Blind Mice".

In 2005, he was nominated for an Australian Film Institute Award for his portrayal of the lead character in the Cannes Film Festival selected "Jewboy".

In 2007, he appeared in the Sydney Theatre Company play "Riflemind", written by Andrew Upton and directed by Philip Seymour Hoffman. [ [http://www.sydneytheatre.com.au/Performance.asp?pID=204 Sydney Theatre Company ] ]

In 2008 he was invited to join the STC Actors Company.
