Tobias Oetiker, also known as Tobi Oetiker [ [http://tobi.oetiker.ch/ Tobi Oetiker - Projects ] ] , is a Swiss software developer, mostly known for co-developing MRTG with Dave Rand, RRDtool, as well as authoring the book “The Not So Short Introduction to LaTeX2e”.
