The No. 410 Squadron RCAF, "Cougars", are located at

The squadron later converted toCanadair Sabre s and was deployed to Europe, flying from RCAF Station North Luffenham andRCAF Station Marville until the squadron was replaced byNo. 445 Squadron RCAF in 1956. 410 Squadron then became an all-weather fighter squadron, flyingAvro Canada CF-100 s fromRCAF Station Uplands . The CF-100s were replaced in December 1961 byCF-101 Voodoo interceptors. The squadron continued to fly Voodoos until defence cuts led to the squadron being inactivated.
