Biecco Lawrie Limited (BLL) is a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) of the Government of India and was established in 1919 as "British India Electric Construction Company Limited". BLL manufactures hardware for a variety of petroleum and oil industries and is headquartered in Kolkota.
