T. Wingate Andrews High School
- T. Wingate Andrews High School
T Wingate Andrews High School was opened in 1856, and has served the High Point Community continously under the High Point City Schools system and later Guilford County School System. It took students from the former William Penn High School and some from the still opened High Point Central High.
The school currently offers students the opportunity to take classes in medical careersuter engineering in addition to its traditional academic offerings. Next year it will proudly add one of the first aviation academys to be offered in a North Carolina High School.
