Randi Kiger is an American actress. She played Celia MacKenzie on the TV series "The MacKenzies of Paradise Cove", and was the voice of Darla Hood in "The Little Rascals Christmas Special" and of Heidi in "The Story of Heidi" (the feature-length English dub of the anime series "Heidi, Girl of the Alps").
