Viktor Elm (born November 13 1985) is a Swedish footballer, currently playing for Kalmar FF. He has played in the club since 2006 - and his two brothers David and Rasmus are also a part of the squad.

Elm's debut in the Swedish national team came against USA on January 13, 2008. He scored a winning goal for Kalmar against Feyenoord in their first encounter in the first round of the 2008–09 UEFA Cup.

He will join Dutch side SC Heerenveen in January 2009.
