Beyer, Peacock , owner of the Garratt patent, and none by any other builder. The first were a pair for theTasmanian Government Railways inAustralia ; these were to convert|3|ft|6|in|mm|0|abbr=onnarrow gauge . All the others were built for Argentina, tostandard gauge ; five in 1927 for theEntre Rios Railway ("Ferrocarril Entre Rios",FCER ), and three in 1930 for theArgentine North Eastern Railway ("Ferrocarril Nordeste Argentino",FCNAR ).
