2008 State of the Union Address was a speech given byUnited States PresidentGeorge W. Bush on Monday,January 28 ,2008 , to a joint session of Congress. It was the last State of the Union Address of Bush's presidency. The speech was delivered on the floor of the United States House of Representatives in the United States Capitol.
