Aristomenos Kontogouris (Greek: Αριστομένης Κοντογούρης, 1841 - 1904) was a Greek politician of Achaia and a mayor of Patras.

Kontogouris was born in Patras and was the son of Stylianos Kontogouris, relative of the famous rich family in Patras. He studied law in Athens, Berlin and in Paris. He was elected as a politician in 1873, 1882 and in 1995 and he was also a judge minister. He became mayor of Patras from 1891 until 1895. He from Achilleas Gerokostopoulos in municipal elections and defeated the industrialist Gerasimos Kogkos ["To limani tis stafidas, Patra 1828-1900" ("Το λιμάνι της σταφίδας, Πάτρα 1828-1900") = "The Grape Port, Patras 1828-1900" Christos Moulias, Peri Technon, Patras 2000 ISBN 960-86814-0-5] . In his years in the military, he ran the city's philharmonic company. Characteristially he was the stop next in the economoc of the French mechanist "Maniac" for Patras' port.

He died in 1904. He survived by his wife Viktoria Sisini, wife of Chrysanthos Sisinis.
