Gelila is a town in western
Ethiopia . Located in theMisraq Welega Zone of theOromia Region , this town has a latitude and longitude of coord|09|51|N|36|29|E with an elevation of 2140 meters above sea level. Based on figures from the Central Statistical Agency in 2005, Gelila has an estimated total population of 4,890 of whom 2,248 were males and 2,642 were females.
