History

Endexx Corporation was formed in 2003 when they began surveying highly regulated corporations to better understand their needs in the areas of corporate governance, regulatory compliance & transparency requirements born from the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. It was during this initial phase that the company began development of its flagship service Visual Board Books.
