"Thelymitra crinita" (Blue Lady Orchid, Queen Orchid or Lily Orchid) is a species of orchid which is endemic to the south-west of Western Australia.FloraBase|name="Thelymitra crinita" |id=1705 ] APNI | name ="Thelymitra crinita" | id =43253 ] It grows to 70 cm in height and produces blue flowers between September and November (spring) in its native range.

The species was first formally described by botanist John Lindley in 1839 in "A Sketch of the Vegetation of the Swan River Colony"
