Carlos Alberto Rivera (born June 10, 1978 in Fajardo, Puerto Rico) is a retired Major League Baseball first baseman. He played during two seasons at the major league level for the Pittsburgh Pirates. He was drafted by the Pirates in the 10th round of the by|1996 amateur draft. Rivera played his first professional season with their Rookie league GCL Pirates in by|1996, and his last season with the Colorado Rockies' Triple-A team, the Colorado Springs Sky Sox, in by|2006.
