Clyde Williams was the eighth head college football coachfor the Iowa State University Cyclones located in Ames, Iowaand he held that position for six seasons, from 1907 until 1912.His career coaching record at Iowa state was 32 wins, 15 losses, and 2 ties. This ranks himfifth at Iowa state in total wins and fourth at Iowa state in winning percentage.
