From various Tamil language tele serials in South India, eight reel or real couples were picked voluntarily to appear in the series. Their performances are reviewed by the panel of three judges every week, with an elimination every week.
When two acts are left, the contestants who had been ousted in previous rounds are eligible to return and perform to win a "wildcard" into the next round.
