__NOTOC__Gmina Pilica is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Zawiercie County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the town of Pilica, which lies approximately convert|18|km|mi|0 east of Zawiercie and convert|53|km|mi|0|abbr=on north-east of the regional capital Katowice.

The gmina covers an area of convert|138.89|km2|sqmi|1, and as of 2006 its total population is 9,117 (out of which the population of Pilica amounts to 1,971, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 7,146).
