Mmatshumo is a village in Central District of Botswana. It is located close to Makgadikgadi Pan. The village has a primary school and a health clinic, and the population was 865 in 2001 census.[1] In the north of Mmatshumo village lies Khubu Island and in the south of this village lies Damtshaa diamond mine operated by Debswana. The road linking Letlhakane in the south to Mmatshumo is tarred.
