The 2003 Lexmark Indy 300 was scheduled to be the eighteenth and penultimate round of the 2003 CART World Series Season, held on October 26, 2003 on the Streets of Surfers Paradise, Surfers Paradise, Australia. It became the final round after the fact after the 2003 King Taco 500 was cancelled because of scrub fires near to the California Speedway venue.
